Comr. Maryam Usman Ibrahim has described
Hon. Samari Abdulmalik Teina, Director General Bureau of Land and Urban Development, as a round peg in a round hole.
The Kogi State Chairperson of FIWON, made the disclosure when she paid a congratulatory visit to Hon. Samari Abdulmalik Teina, the newly appointed Director General Bureau of Land and Urban Development.
According to Comr. Maryam, the appointment of Hon. Teina is well deserved, described the new Director General as a round peg in a round hole.
She expressed confidence in the ability of the newly appointed Director General to deliver on his mandate, described him as a man with midas touch.
“My assurances that you will do well is anchored on the fact that in all your past assignments, you have proven that anything placed in your hands survives”.
Comr. Maryam used the visit to express her gratitude to Gov Yahaya Bello for finding the new Director General worthy of the appointment, described Gov. Bello as a fisher of men.
While wishing him many more years of service to humanity and his father land, Comr. Maryam wished the new Director General well in his new endeavor.
In his remarks, Hon. Samari Abdulmalik described the visit as a morale booster, pointing out that he will work tirelessly to sustain the objective of the State Government.
Highlights of the visit was a presentation of a well designed customized congratulatory card to the Director General by the FIWON Chairperson.
