100 Days in office: BCDU Felicitates With Gov Ododo

 

National President of Bassa cultural development Union (BCDU) Doctor Peter Tukura has described the hundred days in office of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo as impressive.

Doctor Peter Tukura Stated this while speaking with News men today in Lokoja.

Doctor Tukura who is the National President of Bassa cultural development Union said Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo vision in boosting the condition of civil servants in the state is commendable.

He said recent payment of full salaries to pensioners, State workers and upgrading salaries of teachers and local government workers is thoughtful stressing that civil servants remains the engine room of any Administration.

The National President praised Governor Yahaya Bello for laying solid foundation of a New Kogi State stressing that Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo is already building on the legacies of the past administration.

According to him the recent purchase of security vehicles for state vegilantee group is a moral booster in reducing crimes and protecting lives and property of the people across the State.

He reiterated determination of Bassa people within and in daisporal supporting Governor Usman Ododo Administration and thank him for the ongoing construction of Oguma Sheria Community Bridge which has brought a relieve to the people of the area.

The National President pledge to walk for the welfare of Bassa people whom he described as dependable partners in the will of progress.
