Council Election: Conduct Free, Fair Polls, Kogi PDP Charges SIEC


 

The Kogi State Chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP has cautioned the State Independent Electoral Commission to toe the path of honour and conduct free and fair election.

 

The party in a statement signed by Hon. Dickson Achadu, Director Research and Documentation, so far commended the activities of SIEC in working towards conducting a transparent polls.

The PDP also commended SIEC in the preparations towards the conduct of the local government election, says it is hoping that their actions to conduct credible polls will be maintained to the end.

The PDP says it is demanding for a free and fair election so that the wishes of kogites will prevail at the forthcoming Local Government Election.

The PDP commended its members for going about their campaign peacefully, said they should also be vigilant and ensure that it’s only accredited voters that vote.
