A Real Estate Company, Bliss Legacy Limited, on Saturday launched an App called , “Ogabliss “ in Benin city to enable customers and other interested land owners facilitates their estate businesses.
Ogabliss is another App that is designed to make you a millionaire without doing much. As an agent, it makes your business easier as you can have access to buyers and sellers.”
At the launch in Thames Event Centre situated along Sapele Road, Benin City, which was filled to capacity , Bliss Legacy Limited, a real estate company, unveiled/launched an app, Ogabliss App.
The three years old Bliss Legacy Limited with the App said it was created to enable land owners and property agents to buy and sell genuine landed properties in Benin City.
Highlight of the unveiling/launch programme was the freebies to guests which included gift items to the first fifty callers at the programme and a raffle draw.
CEO of Bliss Legacy Limited, Pastor Salvation Onomroba, stated that the unique App idea marks the company as a front runner in the real estate sector and a solution to connecting buyers and sellers of properties.
Onomroba stated that the App which is at the test running stage will in no time spread all over the country and will give birth to millionaire youths. He called on interested individuals to make haste as they take up the opportunity that the outfit is offering to better their lots financially.
According to him, “Whenever properties are downloaded to our site, our professional staff at the back end will carry due investigations on each property with government through EDOGIST. After the investigation and once we are sure that the property is free from controversies, we then proceed to upload on Ogabliss App and more than 5,000 buyers will see the land.
Adding that, the creation of the Ogabliss App will put an end to the ‘Japa’ syndrome prevalent in the youth population as majority of them will now shift attention to the new money spinner.l

Speaking earlier, the Branch Manager of Bliss Legacy Limited, Mr. Kenneth Okunbor noted that real estate business is a highly lucrative business that can transform the lives of those who invest on properties.
Mr. Okunbo advised Edo youths to clinch the opportunity to invest their money instead of keeping them in the banks.
The event which was attended by leaders of Professional Groups and Associations saw 50 attendees receive gift items for coming early to the event while those who bought lands from Bliss Legacy Limited received promo items such as Generator, washing machine, bags of rice and others.
Ogabliss App is being test-run in Benin City, Edo State Capital before spreading its tentacles across the country and is ready to make millionaires out of Edo State youths.
