Attah Igala Designate to be Beaded on Wednesday, 17th November 2021


 

The Attah Igala designate, Prince Matthew Alaji Opaluwa-Oguche is to be beaded on Wednesday.

A statement by the Head of Media and Publicity Committee of the coronation, Comrade Gowon Egbunu noted that the ceremony will hold at Oja-Inah at eleven 0’clock in the morning to be conducted by Adopulu Aganapoje.

The statement noted that the Attah designate will thereafter cross River Inachalo to Ofukolo where he will be given birth by Onu Ede and the name “Attah Igala” will be pronounced on him.

It noted that, the Attah’s title greeting will also be changed from Itodo to Agabbaidu

It explained that the Attah Igala designate will then move to Erane and from Erane to Attah’s Palace Gate where he is expected to go round the palace three times before announcing his nine powerful names.

The statement which enjoined sons and daughters of Igala Kingdom to attend the ceremony urged them to send their financial support to the Attah Igala Coronation Central Planning Committee Union Bank Account number 0168338086.

The statement advised those willing to support the coronation financially to treat it with utmost confidentiality and will be acknowledged by the Attah Igala.
