Kogi State PDP stalwart and 2019 Kogi State PDP guber aspirant, Alhaji Abubakar Ibrahim has on Saturday, felicitated with Lokoja/Kogi Federal Constituency House of Representatives Member, Hon. Shaba Ibrahim on the occasion of his second year anniversary as the Member representing Lokoja/Kogi Federal Constituency of Kogi State.
