An urgent call to Governor Ododo Ahmed Usman to pay Severance Package, Others to Ex Kogi State Councillors

With all sense of humility and respect to the office of the executive Governor of Kogi State, I want to appeal and also crave the indulgence of our Amiable Governor of Kogi State who has been doing extremely well in service delivery to the entire people of Kogi State since his assumption of office as the executive Governor of Kogi State to please pay the outstanding Severance Packages, Furniture allowance and other entitlements. The Ex councillors served under the administration of our former Executive Governor of Kogi State, Governor Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello.

Speaking on their behalf, Comr. Olorunhudo Samuel Taiwo, a known and popular former Student leader and Political Activist from Kogi State lamented the challenges the Ex councillors are currently facing, revealing that life had become so difficult for many of them.

Comr. Olorunhudo Samuel Taiwo pleaded with Governor Ododo Ahmed Usman to Compassionately consider approving and directing the payment of their accumulated entitlements, highlighting the dire Situation faced by some Councillors, including health Issues leading to Fatalities.

As an Aficionado of good Governance and progressive Style of leadership, I want to use this medium to appreciate our Executive Governor for his untirering efforts to providing good style of leadership which has shown that he is performing wonderfully well to the good people of Kogi State. The Ex councillors has in so many ways emphasized their loyalty and support to Governor Ododo Ahmed Usman’s Administration, acknowledging his landmark achievements within his short period of time in office as the elected Executive Governor of Kogi State.

I hereby concluded with a plea to the Governor to intervene, Stating that the entire Ex councillors who Served under the administration of the former Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello are seriously begging Governor Ododo Ahmed Usman to approve and direct the payment of these entitlements to them so that they will be able to set up themselves so as to make life easy for them all.

Thanking Governor Ododo Ahmed Usman in anticipation as they all hope to hearing a favourable and friendly response from you Sir. May Almighty God continue to see you through a Successful activities all through your Stay in office as the Executive Governor of Kogi State.
