ADC Leadership: QS Aminu Abubakar Suleiman Congratulates David Mark Over Supreme Court Outcome

I extend my warm congratulations to the David Mark led leadership of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) on the outcome of the Supreme Court judgment delivered today.
The decision of the apex court, particularly its affirmation that the matter be returned to the lower court while the preservatory injunction was set aside, has further reinforced the principles of due process and constitutional interpretation within the internal structure of political parties.
In my considered view, this development presents an important opportunity for renewed engagement among stakeholders, enhanced institutional clarity, and stronger commitment to the constitutional framework of our great party, the ADC.
I therefore call on all members and stakeholders of the party to remain calm, law abiding, and focused on the larger objective of building a united, disciplined, and electorally viable political platform that reflects the aspirations of the people.
Leadership, in any democratic setting, is not defined by conflict but by adherence to law, structure, and collective responsibility. It is my sincere hope that all concerned will embrace this moment as a call to unity, maturity, and strategic consolidation.
Once again, I congratulate the David Mark led leadership and urge all members of the ADC family to see this moment as an opportunity to strengthen cohesion and advance the democratic ideals we collectively uphold.
