A New Chairman Bassa LGA Chapter of Bassa Cultural Development Union BCDU has been Elected.


A New Chairman Bassa LGA Chapter of Bassa Cultural Development Union BCDU has been Elected.

His Name is Prince Kpongbo Adam’s,Garba of Kpanche Community in Ozongulo ward of Bassa Local Government Area.

While speaking in an interview with News men after his Election in Oguma headquarters of Bassa Local Government Area the New BCDU Chairman said he will initiate programms that will strengthen unit, peace and cultural development of Bassa Land.

According to Prince Kpongbo Adam’s Garba he will partner with relevant stake holders within and out side to move the Bassa cultural development to the next level.

The New BCDU Chairman Bassa Local Government Area Prince Kpongbo Adam’s Garba expressed gratitude to God, stake holders for giving him opportunity to serve in such critical time in the history of Bassa race.

He called on the traditional ruler, women, Youths and all Stake holder in Bassa land to support him to enable him succeed in the affairs of the union to greater heights.

Prince Kpongbo Adam’s Garba called on the state government to construct Oguma, Kpanche Ikende road and appealed to the people of the area to remain united.

It will be recalled that the former BCDU Chairman Isaac Wodi was removed from office as a result of gross mis-conduct in his Administration.
