Bologi, Bashiru Gegu, Others Attend Fidau Prayers of Hon. Ibrahim Abdullahi … Cleric describes death as inevitable


Death has been described as an inevitable destination, with Nigerians asked to make their ways right as no one knows who next would be called.

The above were the message at the third day fidau prayers of Late Ibrahim Abdullahi, who passed on after a brief illness, urged the present generation particularly youths to make their relationship with God right.

According to the Chief Imam of Lokoja, Alhaji Aminu Shaban, God would not reduce his length of days for man, charged Nigerians to make good use of their days as time waits for no one.

The Chief Imam lead the fidau prayers, prayed for the reposed of the soul, and for Allah to grant Alh. Ibrahim Abdullahi aljanat fridaus.

The third day prayers attracted people from all works of lives, cutting across political and religious divide, was a gathering of the who is who in Lokoja LGA.

Speaking at the occasion, Hon. Yabagi Bologi, former Council Chairman, Lokoja LGA, and Dr. Shehu Idris former Commissioner For Health described the deceased as a committed follower who’s passion was development of the State.

Similarly, Engr. Bashiru Gegu, Commissioner For Solid Minerals described the deceased as a reliable and trustworthy person, prayed God to grant him rest and the family the fortitude to bear the loss.

Others who Grace the prayers include Dr. Shehu Idris, Hon. Danladi Bababudon, M.O.Sule, and many others from the political class and the Civil Service.
