Kogi State AMIS Chairman, Alh. Adams Mustapha Ajileye Laid to rest


 

The body of the Kogi State Chairman, Association of Model Islamic Schools, a Lokoja Popular Estate Agent, Mallam Mustapha Adams aka Ajileye who Died at 72, has been laid to rest at the Kporoka Muslim Cemetery.

 

Adams Mustapha, aka Ajileye died after a brief illness at about 4:00am. He was buried after the 2:00pm prayers held in his house.

Preaching at the graveyard, Mall Ishaq Umar urged Nigerians to think of the here after, pointing out that every man will account for his deeds, said only the good works of men will bear them witness.

The Lokoja residence of the estate agent located at the back of Gidan Ramatu, New Market road has been filled with symphatisers since the early hours of today.

Mustapha Adams is one of the pioneer estate agent and developer in Lokoja, has his office located along the popular murtala Mohammed way, opposite Anglican Church, beside Kogi Travellers.

Until his death he was the State Chairman of Proprietors of Muslim Schools and Treasurer of Etsako Progressive Union Lokoja, is survived by a wife and children

His last major outing two weeks ago was at the marriage of his daughter in Lokoja.

Prominent amongst those who witnessed the burial include the representative of the Maigari of Lokoja amongst many other personalities made up of Politicians, academicians and other top notch in the civil service.
