His Royal Highness the Onogie Afemai Lokoja has on behalf the entire people of Edo State living in Lokoja, heartily rejoice with His Royal Majesty the Maigari of Lokoja, Alhaji (Dr) Muhammadu Kabir Maikarfi 111, OON, on the 30th anniversary of his ascension of the throne, saying his reign has brought development, sustainable peace, and rising honour for the Lokoja Local Goverment Traditional Council, Lokoja Emirate and the state as a whole.
