2023 Lokoja/Kogi Fed. Constituency: I’ll Declare at the appropriate time – Hon. Idris Ndakwo


 

The Member Representing Lokoja 2 in the Kogi State House of Assembly, Hon. Idris Ndakwo says he is aware of the deafening voices asking him to aspire to the House of Representatives come 2023 but says at the appropriate time he would make his intentions known.

Hon. Ndakwo in an interview, disclosed that people from across the Federal Constituency have been approaching him to aspire to the House of Representatives in 2023, described their agitation as one in the right direction and not out of place.

He however begged for little time from the people to enable him say yes or no to their calls, expressed optimism that he would likely emerge as a House of Representatives aspirant in 2023.

He described his life and aspirations as one in the hands of God, assured that if God spares his life, he would harken to the people’s aspirations, pointing out that it is a necessary agitation.

He described Lokoja 2 Constituency as an area that deserves the House of Representatives Seat in 2023, pointing out that aside the about eight months stint of Hon. Haruna Isah to complete the tenure of Late Buba Jibril, the area has never been elected substantively.

He described the time to go to the House of Representatives for Lokoja 2 State Constituency as now, urged the people to stand up for what rightly belongs to them, insisting that the calls for him to represent the Federal Constituency is in the right direction.

He assured that Rural Development, by ensuring that roads are opened up, education, water and everything needed to make life meaningful for Rural dwellers will be his Priority.

The two time Lawmaker said despite the global economic Challenges, he has made positive impact on the lives of the people, thanked them for their patience and understanding.

He added that he is in full support of the Presidential ambition of Gov. Yahaya Bello, pointing out that he has the capacity to secure and unite the country if elected as President in 2023.
