G37 Political Support Group has chided the vice chairman, All Progressives Congress, APC in the North West, Dr. Salihu Lukman over his endless attack on the Leadership of the party led by Senator Abdullahi Adamu.
The group made the statement on Friday in Abuja against the backdrop of unfounded allegations of misappropriation of party’s funds by the National Chairman, Senator Abdullahi Adamu and National Secretary, Senator Iyiola Omisore leveled against them by him.
National Coordinator of the group, Comrade Evans City called on Dr. Lukman to stop distracting President Bola Ahmed Tinubu with un-substantiated allegations, adding that the President has a lot of important national challenges waiting for his attention.
Comrade City further stated that Dr. Lukman should embrace peace and support the Leadership of the party to build a better nation instead of promoting crisis.
He said the APC chieftain was known for fermenting trouble in any organization he found himself, stressing that his behaviors when he held sway as director general at All Progressives Congress, APC governors forum still remain fresh in the memory of Nigerians.
The youth activist said Lukman supposed to know that the party has an auditor and why has he decided to ascribe such a position to himself.
“We keep wondering why this man continues causing disaffection in the national leadership of the APC. Why is he the only one complaining? Does it mean that others doesn’t have the mouth to talk?”
He described Lukman as an envious man who does not see anything good in other people, especially when they are achieving what he can not do.
The group therefore called on the National Working Committee, NWC to suspend him from office over his alleged rascality.
