Youths Urged to shun cultism, Drug abuse in Lokoja – Coordinator, NYCN Lokoja LGA.


 

 

Youths have been asked to shun drug abuse, cultism and other anti social vices capable of destroying there future.

 

The Coordinator of National Youth Council, Lokoja Local Government Area, Comr. Abdullahi .A. Madami, gave the advice at a sensitization rally organised by the Lokoja Chapter of the NYCN in collaboration with Greater Kogi Forum, held in Ward E area of Lokoja today.

The NYCN Coordinator described the shortest route to death, failure and losing purpose in life when Youths engage in drug abuse, cultism, warned young people against such vices inimical to their having a better tommorow.

The NYCN Coordinator Urged the Youths of Lokoja LGA, with the Ward E in particular to desist from substance abuse and in joining cult groups, commended the present administration of Gov. Yahaya Bello in making Youths realize their God given potentials.

The NYCN Coordinator thanked Gov. Yahaya Bello and the Council Chairman of Lokoja, Hon. Mohammed Danasebe Mohammed, for giving the needed support for the sensitization rally, assured that the NYCN in Lokoja LGA will continue to ensure that cultism and drug abuse is eliminated or reduced to the baerest minimum.
