The Executive Secretary, Kogi State Office For Disability Affairs, Barr Zacchaeus Dare says by the actions of Sen. Smart Adeyemi to drag the APC to Court, failed to listen to voice of reasons to withdraw the case when it mattered most, but finally lost woefully at the Supreme Court, he has embarked on political retirement.
Barr. Dare in a statement issued to Newsmen in Lokoja said, until the former Senator that represented the West was disgraced, with the whole world seeing his political inconsistency, he has gone into Political retirement.
” I advised him to seek peace. But like a dog who will get lost, failed to hear the whistle of his master”.
” Sen. Adeyemi has now proceeded on political retirement in Kogi West, Okun land, Kogi State and Nigeria as a whole”.
” If I’m to revisit the activities of the former Senator in the last general election. He worked against the APC, Sen. Karimi and Prince Mathew Kolawole before finally dragging the APC to court”.
” He is known for causing confusion and setback for the APC with his political activities with his followers in SDP, while only him remained in the APC”.
Barr. Dare described the Supreme Court victory that affirmed the candidature of Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo and the APC as well deserved, said the judgment has finally sent the former Senator on his political retirement.
