NOTE;
Election comes up on the 1st day of October 2021. To this end, everyone who has intention to run for any of the positions, can make his interest known, while also canvassing for support from members the hub.
*REQUIREMENTS, MODALITIES AND POSITIONS FOR YALIKOGI 2021/2022 ELECTION AND LEADERSHIP EXECUTIVE ROLE*
All Yalikogi members are hereby urged to read carefully and adhere to the following expecially those voting and to be voted for, on *1st October, 2021*;
1. All contestants Must have being a member of YALI Network Kogi for a year or more.
2. All contestants Could have capacity to encourage, draw more active member to the network.
3. Must be residing in Kogi more especially *Lokoja metropolis*
4. Must not be more than 35years old and ready to project, transperency and accountability into Yalikogi.
4. Must have taking one or two YALI online courses.
5. Must be an active member and willing to serve with integrity.
6. The election will be strictly by candidate physical presence, anyone who is not at the venue is not eligible to vote or voted for except in an audio call. For those key members who are out of lokoja within the time of the election for other vital engagement for community service.
7. All members are to write the name of the candidate of their choice during the voting process as pronounced by the committee.
8. In the case where two contestants is having the same number of votes , then the electoral committee has to vote.
9. In case of a position of unopossed the candidates must certify and get at least 45% vote from the yali electorates.
10. No in-house campaigning during the election, all campaign must be concluded before the entrance and during the election period at the venue.
POSITIONS AVAILABLE
1. *STATE COORDINATOR*
Control, Supervise, coordinate and manage the affairs of the network
2. *DEPUTY COORDINATOR*
Assist the State Cordinator where necessary.
Also Supervise and coordinate the activities of the hub
3. *PROGRAM MANAGER*
Initiate and plan sustainable programs with the support of other activities.
Ensure program are well executed.
Serve as lead along side coordinator for any program
4. *SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER*
Create content with good graphics for any of the network campaign, awareness as the case maybe
Handles all the social media platform of the network
5. *PRO*
Relates with Media outlets and the public
Broadcast the group message, handle publications.
Prepare the network press release
6. *FINANCIAL SECRETARY*
Handle the network finance, expenditure and the likes.
7. *GENERAL SECRETARY*
Take minutes of meeting from the group or the executive.
Document, take attendance of the network activities
Prepare reports, data for the newtork
