After several weeks and months of prayers and consultations, I have taken the decision to run for a seat in the Kogi State House of Assembly to represent the good people of Yagba West Constituency.
This is perhaps one of the most important decisions I have taken in my adult life; to commit myself to serving and growing our communities.
It is true that women are critical nation builders and as such must be involved in the entire process of governance to give the best possible to the people.
I take this opportunity to commend His Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello for his policies and programs geared towards gender balance and inclusiveness of women and youth in governance. I have no doubt that our state will be better for it.
I ask you all for your prayers and support as we commence this challenging but achievable journey to service and leadership.
