……Mukadam Asiwaju Asiru Idris,FCA donates N10 million plus for community development and women empowerment
In the determined quest to engender victory for APC in Yagba East in the coming November 11th Gubernatorial election, Mukadam Asiwaju Asiru Idris,FCA, joined other member of the campaign council as led by the DG, Hon. Dare Joshua aka Dare venza to engage and campaign to electorates in the 10 political wards of Yagba East.
While in ward 1, Ifeolukotun, Mukadam Asiwaju donated the sum of N1 million to ere mosque, where he observed his jumat prayer during the tour. He felt the need to support the Muslim community for the dual purpose of advancing religious activities and support towards delivering APC at the guber poll.
In ponyan Ward 03, he donated the sum of N500k to party stakeholders, leaders, and members that came out to receive the Ododo/Oyibo campaign train. The sum of 250k for their police post and another 250k for the mosque project. It was an enriching engagement that gave assurance of victory in the ward.
While in ward 6, takete isao specifically, he supported the campaign team with a sum of N250k and the same N250k at takete. After the community leaders plea for help on the issue of their ongoing town hall, he immediately donated the sum of N2 million for it speedy completion.
At ward 09, Ijowa, to be precise, Mukadam Asiwaju Asiru Idris,FCA, donated the sum of N700k to the Ijowa Development Association
While still in ward 09, the Offin Development community also received a donation of N500k to meet their development plans cum needs.
Mopo community, also in ward 09, received an assistant of N1.2 million to fill the gap of their developmental needs, which borders on erosion control and building of drainage
To further aid the victory of the party in Yagba East, Asiwaju donated N2.5 million worthy of cash and materials to the women of ward 09, which happens to be one of the largest ward in the state.
When the campaign train landed in Makutu 1, after listening to the request of Makutu Development Association about a collapsed bridge, the Honourable Commissioner donated the sum of N1 million for it rehabilitation.
While in ward 10, popularly called Aredu, the idofin community specifically benefitted from the kind gesture of Mukadam Asiwaju Asiru Idris, where he donated the sum of N500k for the purpose of empowering idofin market women
In all, the campaign was a huge success as the people openly resolved to canvass support and vote for the candidate of APC, Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman at the poll come November 11th Gubernatorial election for consolidation and continuity of good governance in the confluence state.
