We are in a society, where health researchers are not relenting on their research to keep breeding a healthy place. In this article we will be checking the reasons why men should release at least 21 times in a month as revealed by a study.

The study claims that all men are expected to at least release 21 times in a month to avoid prostate cancer. The study believed that ejaculating frequently can reduce the risk of prostate cancer over the course of 18 years

It was said that men between the ages of 20 to 29, who can ejaculate at least 21 times in a month are 19 per cent less at risk of being diagnosed of prostate cancer than the ones who ejaculates less maybe around 4 to 7 times in a month.

The study went further and said men who are between 40 and 49 years of age, who ejaculates at least 21 times in a month, are 22 per cent away from being diagnosed of prostate cancer. So the more you do it the farther you are away from being diagnosed of prostate cancer.

It doesn’t matter how you do it, but you will do your prostate more good than harm when you ejaculate more.
