It is crystal clear that popularity and acceptability of Hon Idris Ndako is increasing everyday by day and his supporters are also multiplying by day.
It is difficult to stop or win a aspirant who enjoys over 70 percent support from the youths in the constituency and 50 percent support from those above the youths range (senescence). This cannot only be traceable for him being in his prime, but it appears he built his political structures and support around the youths through empowerment in different level and fields.
The little opportunities he had and position he held in the past before becoming an honourable member, he used it to empower the youths not only in his area but across the constituency which many are now beneficiaries of Hon Idris Ndako. He was doing all these without wanting anything in return not knowing he was actually building a dynasty in youths. Today in Lokoja-Koto federal constituency, every youths is calling for Ndako to represent the constituency because they believed Ndako will Influence employments opportunities and wealth to the teeming unemployed youths in the constituency.
Today in Lokoja-Koto, Hon. Hon Idris Ndako is known as most formidable grassroots politician who enjoys the backing of almost all the common man in the street both in youths and senescence level and that made him a man to beat in any open contest in the Constituency. Experience and record should have opened our eyes to what played out in an election that earned him an Honourable member representing Lokoja || constituency for the second since the history of constituency.
APC should be ready to admit new decampees into the party if Hon. Ndako finally wins APC ticket, because so many people in opposition parties in the Federal Constituency who are Hon Ndako’s loyalists are waiting to see what will play out in APC primaries and immediately Hon Ndako clinched APC party ticket they will begin to dump their party for APC because of their believe in Ndako. They know that Hon Idris Ndako is the only aspirant in APC who can win the incumbent and he’s the only aspirant constituents will massively vote for knowing his antecedents. Other Ndako’s loyalist who will like to remain with their party due to one post or the other holding must engage in anti party activities during general election between Hon Ndako and the incumbent, because they would like to deliver Ndako in their respective wards in the constituency. The same anti party activities was witness in the opposition in 2015 and 2019 general election that gave Ndako upper hand in winning his constituency, because most of the opposition in his constituency today are all Hon. Ndako’s loyalists till date.
The Lawmaker has paid his price in politics and it is time for people who benefited from him to return their kind gestures. As a second term House of Assembly member in the state, Hon. Ndako delivered so many youths into Lokoja-Koto politics and made them to be relevant in politics till date. It is time to repay good with good, so many of them are still relevant and are vote canvasser in their respective local govt and Ward’s and still identify with Hon. Ndako till date.
This election will be an interesting one if Hon. Idris Ndako finally wins the party ticket, because he will first of all win the incumbent in his Local Govt to start with and will surely win him in the whole of Koto area. Don’t forget that Lokoja || will be a landslide victory as well because that’s the place of birth of Hon. Idris Ndako and till date the youths in this 2 Local Govt are willing and ready to do anything humanly possible to deliver Ndako in their areas.
