The Chairman, Campaign council of Social Democratic Party, SDP, Lokoja-Kogi Local government areas, Danladi Babudon has said they are determined to defeat the ruling party, APC in the forthcoming governorship election.
Hon. Babudon who disclosed this on Tuesday during a consultation visit to meet with Jamata supporters, expressed confidence that his party will defeat the ruling All Progressives Congress in the state.
Hon. Babudon who was a former member of Kogi State House of Assembly also revealed that most leaders from APC and PDP are now working with SDP towards the realization of success in the coming election, adding that its very clear that his party will defeat the APC in a free and fair contest.
He however called on all stakeholders in Lokoja-koto to rally round Murtala Ajaka-Abenemi Ticket, assuring that if SDP is elected as the state governor on November 11, 2023, they will create opportunities to make life more meaningful for the people of the state.
He urged the party supporters to come out en masse and vote for Social Democratic Party in the coming governorship elections. “We must complete this process of taking Kogi back for the people of Kogi state”, he stressed.
