The ongoing online voting for the best supporter of underprivileged girl child education which began at midnight today (Monday 13th December 2021) has been suspended.
This was contained in a press statement by the organising committee of the project.
According to the organizers; pitching womenfolk to compete amongst themselves has been the cause of unhealthy rivalry & the underdevelopment of women for centuries and if the girl child today must be educated properly this should not be encouraged.
According to the press statement;
”It is unhealthy to create a competition/ rivalry amongst great Kogi women doing exploits especially in the area of underprivileged girl child education instead of unifying them to do greater exploits as a united womenhood.
The power of a united womenhood is heavier than the individuality and educating the girl child deserves a united front from these ten great Kogi women who have made the list of nominees for the biggest supporters of underprivileged girl child education this year”.
The organizers further stated that all the ten nominees are winners in every right and deserves to be encouraged thus they shall all be awarded ”AMAZONS OF GIRL CHILD EDUCATION ( AGCE)”.
The ten names were nominated after rigorous online voting for their support to underprivileged girl child education over the last five years.
They ten nominees are;

The ten nominees shall all be awarded ”AMAZONS OF GIRL CHILD EDUCATION ( AGCE)” at the annual ”J.F.O LIVE” event to support the underprivileged girl child education billed to hold at ”Lounge 1” in Lokoja on the 2nd day of the new year 2022.
The project is targeted at encouraging & mobilizing support for underprivileged girl child education especially by the womenfolk.
