Vice Chairperson Bassa LGA Urges sustained prayers for quick, safe return of mother of Kogi Chief of Staff


 

The People of Bassa Local Government Area have been called upon to sustain their prayers for the quick and safe return of the mother of the Chief of Staff to the Governor.

The Vice Chairman of the Area Mrs Rebecca Kpanache made the call during a Prayer session at Christ Compassionate Ministry Oguma.

Mrs Kpanache said prayers altract God in action stressing that through fervent intercession the mother of the Chief of Staff to the Governor Jamiu Asuku will be released from her captures.

The Vice Chairman expressed confidence that Mumy will remain health and return alive to join her son and other family members.

She called on the Chief of Staff to the Governor Jamiu Asuku to be courageous noting that the women folks in the area is standing with him in his traiying moment.

 

Mrs Kpanache also expressed shock on the death of mother of the Accountant General of the state and called on him to bear the great Lost and described death as a necessary end to all mortals.

She also pray for Governor Yahaya Bello, the Deputy Governor Chief Edward Onoja, the Speaker Kogi State House of Assembly Prince Matthew Kolawale and all members of the state executive council for a prosperous new year and Prayed God to Grant Governor Yahaya Bello wisdom and knowledge to pilot the affairs of the state to Greater Heights.

She Commended the Chairman of the area Mutari Shaibu for his efforts at ensuring peace in the area and called on the people of the area to live as One and Shun vices enemical to the development of the entire Local Government Area.
