Ambassador.Princess Esther Akor a retired military personnel has received the United Nations ( UN) Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) leadership and Exellence Award, the Nigerian post has learnt.
Amb. Princess Akor was honoured along side other eminent Nigerians at an award Ceremony, tagged “SDGS SHOWCASE 2022″,Held at the Bolingo Express hotels and towers, Federal Capital Territory (fct) Abuja, Sunday December 4,2022.
Amb. Akor, Who was conferred with the ” best SDGs, Bussines Woman of the year 2022″Award. Said she was elated by the honour and recognition accorded her by the Noble and most prestigious non-governmental Organization in the World, adding that the award came as one of the biggest Surprises in her entire live.
In her words,” I never knew that some individuals and organization are monitoring some of the little things we have done, to solve the problem of hungry, poverty and unemployment in our society, sincerely with this recognition, I am overwhelmingly delighted”
Speaking further,Amb Akor maintain that, the award accorded her was an inspiration and a Motivation that would definitely spur her to do more of the good works She was known for,by continuously providing the needed services to Nigerians and humanity in general.
Continuing, Warrant Officer Esther Akor (RTD), stressed that, her determination to fight poverty,hunger and unemployment necessitated her venturing into various lines of businesses, such as real estate, fashion and design, crypto currency and distribution of health products, through which over 2000 persons are directly employed securing their livelihood at the moment.
