Umahi Inaugurates Anti Corruption Commission Committee, Permanent Sec’s

The Ebonyi State Governor David Umahi, has Inaugurated Anti Corruption Commission committee to help in checkmating the activities of Ministries, Departments and Agencies to avoid corruption in all ramifications.

The Commission under the Chairmanship of Hon. Sabinus Nwankwegu was inaugurated by the Governor immediately after the Executive council Meeting at Executive Council Chambers Abakaliki, the State Capital.

The Governor charged the Chairman and Members of the Commission to work very hard in accordance with the specifications of their duties.

“The former public Complain Commission didn’t do their work well. So I urge you to do your work well,” Umahi said.

Umahi also used the opportunity and sworn in new permanent secretaries and announced the landing of air peace 80 seater capacity flight from Lagos and Abuja on this week Thursday at Ebonyi State International cargo Airport, Abakaliki.
