TRIBUTE TO MY LATE DAD, ALHAJI MUHAMMAD MAIYAKI, MAIYAKI III OF LOKOJA

TRIBUTE TO MY LATE DAD, ALHAJI MUHAMMAD MAIYAKI, MAIYAKI III OF LOKOJA

As I sit down to write this tribute, I am filled with a profound sense of loss and gratitude. Though I may not have had the privilege of knowing you personally, your story shines as brightly as the morning sun. You were not just a father; you were a loving husband, an uncle, and a dedicated community developer. Your legacy is etched in the hearts of many, and your good name continues to inspire me every day.

You laid the foundation for my success, and for that, I will always be grateful. Your unwavering support and guidance set me on a path that I am proud to walk. The lessons you imparted and the values you instilled in me are treasures I hold dear. We truly miss you.

You were a loving and caring father, and words fail to capture the essence of the kind of person you were. Fearfully and wonderfully made by God, you embodied humility, patience, and modesty. Your selfless acts of kindness touched countless lives; you gave freely without expecting anything in return. Your generosity knew no bounds.

Your dedication to the development of Lokoja and Kogi State has laid a path for others to follow, paving the way for success in our community. You were not just a leader; you were an inspiration to me, to our entire family, and to everyone who had the privilege of working alongside you. We find solace in the belief that you are resting in Aljanatul Firdaws.

Father, we miss you dearly. You will always remain in our hearts and minds. You were a true leader, a shining star, and my superhero. As we bid you farewell, we hold onto the hope that we will meet again in Aljanatul Firdaws.

I promise to protect your legacy and uphold your good name. Thank you for everything, Dad. Your spirit will forever guide me.

Ali best Mayaki
