
Executive Chairman of Omala Local Government Area, Hon. (Alh) Ibrahim Yakubu Aboh received House of Representatives Member for Omala/Ankpa/Olamaboro constituency, Hon. Alhaji Ibrahim Abdullahi Ali (Halims) in Abejukolo. The later was in the area for a town hall meeting/mid-term report, held in Abejukolo.

The Achanya Onu-Ife (Agaaba) Chief Ibrahim Yakubu Aboh in his welcome address thanked the Rep Member for providing the platform to render account of stewardship in his two years of legislative assignment, urging him to shift more attention to Omala in the remaining half of his adminstration.
While commending the Chief Executive Officer of the local government for handling and projecting the good image of the council, Hon. Halims lauded the people of Omala Local Government for their support, as he outlined some of his achievements to include drilling of borehole in Abejukolo, sponsoring of a bill to reawaken the abandoned Bagana-Guto bridge among others.
In his remarks, the Onu-Ife, HRH Chief Boniface U. Musa (Ojoogba) reechoed the voice of the Executive Chairman and added that efforts be put in place to compliment the good work Governor Yahaya Bello led adminstration is doing in area of security and infrastructure, by creating more youth and women empowerment programmes.
The event featured question and answer session, where speakers took time to exray areas of concern that require attention and commended the Reps Member for a job well done so far.
Rector of Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja, Dr. Usman Ogbo, Vice Chairman of the local government, Hon. Mrs Ele-Ojo Faruna, eleven ward Councillors from Omala, party supporters, members of drivers union, motorcycle riders, trade union, Student union, National Youth Council, traditional institutions, among others were in attendance.
