The Kogi State Commissioner For Finance, Budget and Economic Planning, Asiwaju Asiru Idris has sent a message of congratulations to Dr. Rabiu Olowo, Lagos State Commissioner For Finance for emerging the Winner of 40under40 Africa Awards.
Asiwaju Asiru Idris in a statement issued to Newsmen in Lokoja described the award won by Dr. Rabiu Olowo as well deserving, said it could not have come at a better time than now.
The Kogi State Commissioner described his colleague Commissioner in Lagos State as a stinker for transparency, due process and accountability, maintained that his choice by majority voters is in the right direction, said the feat no doubt calls for celebration.
Asiwaju Asiru thanked all those who believed in Dr. Olowo’s staying prowess in financial discipline and management that made them to vote for him in the process leading to the award, expressed optimism that Dr. Olowo will sustain the feat achieved now and in the years to come.
