A non governmental organization, Yagba Progressive Initiative proclaimed that Engr. Folorunsho Olafemi is the closest friend to the widows in Yagba Federal constituency.
In an exclusive interview with the Coordinator of the Initiative, Pharm Makanjuola Dahunsi over the weekend, He highlighted several reasons why the constituency cannot afford not to have the likes of Folorunsho Olafemi at the Green Chamber.
In his words _“I can categorically inform you that Engr. Folorunsho’s philanthropic work have transformed the lives of larger population of the constituency. We have never had it better than this “_
Currently, we have Yagba Youths that are relatively doing so fine in different facets of life without depending on government job, with the help of YOUpreneur Challenge competition organized by Folorunsho Olafemi Foundation, thus reducing unemployment. Not forgetting the fact that the challenge is directly improving the economic activities of the constituency.
Ceteris paribus, considering our projection, by the end of the year 2025, if Engr Folorunsho heed to our call to the Green Chamber, YAGBA LAND will be transformed to the Economic Hub of North central geopolitical zone Dahunsi declared.
Note mentioning of the transformation agenda of Folorunsho Olafemi is the WATER FOR ALL Initiative aims at providing clean and potable water affordable in all areas in Yagba land. Before the Midas touch of Mr Folorunsho on water, a large part of the constituency face medium to high level of water stress, thus suffering a lack of safe drinking water . Considering how much success Folorunsho had achieved, I can authoritatively tell you that water scarcity will become a thing of the past in Yagba land .
Pharm Dahunsi further stressed that as it stands today, there is no closer friend to the widows in Yagba land than Folorunsho Olafemi as he had been so accessible by them. Without much talk , I am inviting you to the FOF widows outreach which will hold in a week’s time between 16th to 18th December at the three local governments in Yagba land.
Furthermore, everybody can attest to the special interest Engr. Folorunsho Olafemi have in education of Yagba land, as he had constantly strives so hard to amend some of the lacuna in education in Yagba land, ranging from Jamb fees, scholarship, teachers employment, provision of good learning environment for the students and other timely interventions.
Plans are already in place to mobilize a Hundred Thousand Yagba youths foot soldiers for this movement, as we cannot afford not to have someone with the interest of Yagba Constituents at heart to represent us at the green chamber considering the current dispensation in the country, as he concluded.
