The Human Race: Usman Okai Austin, Confered with UNESC Award by, joins likes of Gen.Boro, G12 Foundation, Bishop Dr. Hendricks omale.


 

Austin Okai has been conferred with the prestigious SDGs Pillar of Humanitarian Award by the United Nations Economic And Social Council Programme (UNESC), for his philanthropic services, representing voice for the voiceless and telling power the truth despite several threats.

The award was presented to the political activist at a v ceremony on Monday afternoon in Abuja on August 19 to mark UN World Humanitarian Day 2021,

Expressing his happiness over the honour, Usman Okai Austin said he fully supports the UNESC in its endeavors. “This is a rare honour. UN recognition is very special. I have done whatever little I have done, in my own humble way, for my fellow countrymen without any expectations. However, to be recognised and awarded feels good, I will continually Stand in solidarity with the world’s most vulnerable people by using these hashtags in your social media activities #TheHumanRace #WorldHumanitarianDay
he said.

“I fully support the UNES in its endeavours to achieve the SDGs by 2030. Planet Earth and mankind will greatly benefit from the implementation of these goals,” he added.

Another awardee is Mr Joseph Oche Godwin is an imperial voice in our generation. Philanthropy has given his life meaning, purpose and joy. Though he started up nondescript with a childhood nested with scars of little beginning.
We have G12 Foundation Club today because Mr Oche Godwin willed it into existence since 2016

With this prestigious honour, Comrade Austin Okai joins the likes of Bishop Dr.Hendricks omale JP., Brig.Gen. Paul Boro , Maj.-Gen Danjuma Alli-Keffi, 37th General Officer Commanding (GOC) wife.
