It was saddened to learn about the passing away of His Majesty Oba Michael Olutimeyin Ayeni, on this sad occasion Rt Hon Tajudeen Yusuf (Teejay), who is the present member representing kabba-Bunu/Ijumu federal constituency and PDP candidate for kogi west senatorial district, has conveyed heartfelt condolences to the family of, His Majesty Oba Michael Olutimeyin Ayeni, the Olu of Ayegunle-Gbede.
He described the late Monarch death as a national loss, saying he served Nigeria meritoriously in different capacities and left behind indelible marks.
He noted that the deceased was a consummate business professional whose prolific experiences in Business Systems Management, Business Information Strategies and Technical Business Applications can never be over emphasized. He would be sorely missed.
Rt Hon Tajudeen Yusuf, who explained that His Majesty Oba Michael Olutimeyin Ayeni, the Olu of Ayegunle-Gbede land’s demise was a tragic blow to Kogi State, particularly Okun Land, however, urged the bereaved family and other sympathizers to draw strength from God’s word. He prayed God grants the deceased eternal rest while granting those he has left behind, the fortitude to bear the loss Amen.
