Tazan Foundation felicitates with former Kogi CP on promotion


 

In recognition of his contributions towards the fight against crime, service of touching lives and encouraging good works, the Tazan Foundation a Non Governmental Organization has congratulated the outgoing Kogi State Commissioner of Police, Ayuba Ede who has been promoted to the position of Assistant Inspector General of Police.

 

The Founder of the Foundation and also the Director of Foreign Affairs and Integration, United Arab Emirate of National Youths Council of Nigeria, NYCN in Diaspora, Tazan Saahibfatiu Onimisi lauded the efforts of the newly promoted AIG of Police for his fairness in carrying out his duties.

According to him, since the arrival of the CP in the state, the citizens have grown more confident in reaching out to the police; especially youths who he noted now have the trust to relate well with them.

While wishing him well in his new appointment as AIG of Police, he urged the citizens of the state to keep maintaining law and order, while calling on well to do individuals and groups to help in the fight against zero poverty in the state.

Reacting, the newly promoted AIG, while thanking the foundation for the recognition, support and gift from the group, stressed that the police are one of the friendly security agency in the world, as he commended Tazan Foundation for his humanitarian services to mankind.

He thanked the state government under the leadership of Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello for the enabling environment given to him and other security agencies in the state, while urging the good citizens of the state to keep maintaining peace and order as being preached by the governor.
