Successful Council Election: Engr. Bashiru Gegu Congratulates Gov. Ododo, Kogi LG Chairman, APC Leaders
The Kogi State Commissioner For Solid Minerals and Natural Resources, Engr Bashiru Gegu has sent a heartfelt message to Gov. Usman Ahmed Ododo on the successful conduct of the State Local Government Election.
Similarly , Engr Bashiru congratulated the newly elected Chairman Chairman of Kogi Local Government, Musa Abdulmalik and his Vice, Rabiyat Yusuf Adam on their Overwhelming victory at the Polls.
Engr. Bashiru praised the impressive victory of the All Progressive Congress (APC) under the leadership of Gov. Usman Ahmed Ododo, pointing out that his people oriented policies are reasons why the APC has waxed strong in the State.
Engr. Bashiru urged the elected Chairman and his team to reflect the trust and confidence the people have placed in their leadership abilities.
He urged them to swiftly
address pressing issues such that will meet the yearning and aspirations of the people particularly as regards insecurity youth unemployment, which requires immediate action.
Engr. Bashiru congratulated the Executive Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo, for overseeing a seamless and peaceful Local Government Election process, commending his leadership for setting a high standard for future electoral endeavors in the state.
He concluded with a call for collective efforts towards a brighter future for Kogi and Kogi State, focusing on fostering growth, security, and opportunities for all citizens, wish the newly elected officials the best as they embark on this important journey.
Engr. Bashiru use the medium to thank all the APC leaders and members from Kogi LGA for staying focused all through the process, which he pointed out was reason for the overwhelming victory.
