The KGIRS says it is not in disputes with the Association of Telecom Providers but with the Telecom companies individually for their refusal to pay their taxes with Globacom in default of tax payment since 2017 and amounting to about N300m.

The KGIRS says as an organization that has tremendous respect for the rule of law, said it will not take any action that Infringed on the rights of individuals and corporate organizations as it is committed to compliment the efforts of government at making Kogi State the investment haven of Nigeria.
