The member representing the the good people of Chikun/Kajuru federal Constituency of kaduna State, in the the green Chambers of the National assembly,Rt. Hon. Yakubu Umar Barde,has felicitated with His Higness, Yari Ishaku on his installation as the Esu Chikun.
In his message of felicitations that was made available to Newsmen at the Occasion of the official presentation of Staff of office to the Esu Chikun,by the Executive Governor of Kaduna State,His Excellency, Mallam Nasir Ahmed El-Rufai,at kakau, the administrative Headquarters of the Chiefdom, on 4th October,2022,Hon Yakubu Barde said he was overwhelmingly delighted to be part of the ceremony which was long awaited and has now come to reality.
The lawmaker further said that he was confident and optimistic that the newly installed Esu Chikun, His Highness Yari Ishaku possessed the needed Capacity and experience to pilots the affairs of the Chiefdom to an enviable hight due to his previous position before attaining his current status.
Rt. Hon. Barde further implored the Sons and Daughters of the Chiefdom both at home and in the diaspora to rally Support for the Esu Chikun,His, Highness Yari Ishaku, so as to make the Chiefdom a peaceful and prosperous one.
In another development, the lawmaker has also promised his irrevocable Commitments towards ensuring the security of lives and properties of the good people of Chikun/ Kajuru federal Constituency of kaduna State.
Rt.Hon. Yakubu Umar Barde who is seeking reelection to the green Chambers of the National assembly come 2023, said if reelected in next year’s election,he would give priority attention to the security of his people.
According to him, insecurity has become the the greatest threat and Challenge bedeviling the country at the moments, allot of sector has been affected particularly, agricultural sector due to insecurity he stressed, and the livelihood of our people is seriously affected,so we must provide security for our people for them to pursue their sources of livelihood,if reelected the security of my people will be my utmost priority and will be religiously and vigorously pursued.
Rt. Hon. Yakubu Barde Called for a peaceful and issue based Campaign in the federal Constituency, so that the electorates should be the judge in the 2023 National assembly elections.
