Rt. Hon. Paul Gowon Haruna Ijn , Member representing Bassa/Dekina Federal Constituency, earlier today held a one-on-one interactive engagement with APC youths and party faithful, where he gave a detailed account of his journey so far at the National Assembly and outlined the way forward.

During the engagement, the Honourable Member reaffirmed his unwavering commitment to youth empowerment and inclusive representation, assuring the youths of his readiness to continue giving back to them and to the entire people of Bassa/Dekina Federal Constituency.

The meeting ended on a joyful note as Rt. Hon. Paul Gowon Haruna Ijn extended Christmas goodwill to the youths through the presentation of generous Christmas gifts.

In continuation of his political engagements, the Honourable Member proceeded to Iyale, his hometown, where he warmly received thousands of decampees from various political parties into the All Progressives Congress (APC). Among the notable decampees was the PDP Chairman of Iyale Ward, Mr. Dioh Wada.

Addressing the new members, Rt. Hon. Paul Gowon Haruna IJN assured them of equal opportunities, fairness, and inclusiveness within the APC, emphasizing that benefits and recognition in the party are based on dedication and loyalty to the party, not on who joined first.

The Honourable Member was joined by his Senior Legislative Aide (SLA) and former Councillor of Iyale Ward, Hon. Achile Salihu , alongside other party stakeholders in Iyale Ward, to formally receive and welcome the decampees into the APC family.
