Rep Akiba congratulates Governor Otu on investiture as NIPR National Patron
The Member representing Calabar Municipality/Odukpani Federal Constituency in the Green Chamber of the National Assembly, Rep Bassey Akiba, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to His Excellency, Governor Bassey Otu of Cross River State, on his investiture as the National Patron of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR).
According to The Bridge Media, Rep Akiba in a release described the honour done to the governor with the investiture as a fitting recognition of Otu’s dedication to excellence in governance, strategic communication, and people-oriented leadership.
He commended the governor’s consistent efforts in building trust, promoting inclusivity, and strengthening the relationship between government and citizens through effective public engagement.
