The Provost, College of Education Technical Kabba, Mrs Victoria Olusola Jagboro, has described the award conferred on Kogi State Commissioner of Finance, Budget and Economic planning; Mukadam Asiwaju Asiru Idris, as the Financial expert of the year under the auspices of the National peace awards as well deserved.
The Provost described the Commissioner of Finance, Budget and Economic planning as an advocate of peace and peaceful coexistence in the society said the award is well merited and calls for Celebration.
The Provost in a statement issued to Newsmen, said the award would no doubt spur the Finance, Budget and Economic Planning Commissioner to continue to be selfless, described him as a rare specie of Politician, who is neck deep in his financial Profession without waivering.
The Provost commended the Finance Commissioner for attracting diverse financial aid both local and foreign funded, Improved IGR, engendered strategic Economic reforms and improved in the fiscal responsibility of the state via blocking of leakages and Sustainable utilization of resources amongst others as unprecedented.
While praying for more successes for the Finance Budget and Economic Planning Commissioner, the Provost wished him good health and prosperity as he continues with his services for his fatherland.
