Professor of Agricultural Economics and Extension: Kogi Water Resources Commissioner Congratulates Prof. Mrs. Stella Adejoh.
The Kogi State Commissioner For Water Resources, Engr. Yahaya MD Farouk, has sent a message of congratulations to Prof. Mrs Stella Adejoh, Kogi State Programme Coordinator for the Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) and International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) Value Chain Development Programme (VCDP), on her promotion to the rank of Professor of Agricultural Economics and Extension by the Federal University, Lafia, Nasarawa State.
In a statement issued to Newsmen in Lokoja, the Commissioner described the promotion as a product of hardwork, resilience and dedication.
Engr. Farouk described the promotion as one meritoriously earned, pointing out that he was not surprise at Mrs. Stella Adejoh’s academic qualification leading to the rank.
He described Prof. Stella Adejoh as one who has over the years proven to be an all rounder, with a midas touch, always known to turn things around positively.
The Commissioner expressed optimism that with the new rank of a Professor, Prof. Stella Adejoh has entered into another realm that will open new frontiers for the State and humanity in general.
He added that the feat achieved by Prof. Stella Adejoh is another testament of the can do spirit in her, insisting that
over the years, she has always proven to be a goal getter.
” You have always demonstrated dedication and commitment to pursuing worthy causes. I congratulate you on this elevation”,
urged her to continue in her trajectory of excellence, service to humanity, a quality that has stood her tall above her peers.
The Commissioner described the rank as a well-deserved honor, reflecting Prof Stella Adejoh’s years of tireless commitment to humanity, service, and progressive development.
According to him, the recognition goes beyond personal achievements; it is a source of inspiration for women of the State and a testament to the value of diligence, integrity, and selfless service.
He further emphasized that Profesoral ranks are reserved for individuals who have distinguished themselves in professional field, reinforces the belief that hard work, consistency will always be rewarded”.
Engr. Farouk prayed for more wisdom, sound health, and greater opportunities for Prof. Stella Adejoh to continue her good works for Kogi State and Nigeria in general.
