
Kogi Water Resources Commissioner Condoles Prince Igagwu Sani Ogu Over Mother’s Death.

The Kogi State Commissioner For Water Resources, Engr. Yahaya MD Farouk, has expressed his heartfelt condolences to Prince Igagwu Sani Ogu, over the death of his beloved mother, Chief Hajia Mariam Sani Ogu Gbokeke, who passed on in the early hours of today after a brief illness at the age of 72.
In a condolence message personally signed by Engr. Farouk, described the late Chief Hajia Mariam as “a virtuous woman, a devoted mother, and a source of inspiration to her children and all who knew her.”
He noted that the Ogu family has lost a rare gem whose guidance, prayers, and motherly love played a key role in shaping the lives of her children, including Prince Igagwu Sani Ogu, who has contributed greatly to the banking Sector of Kogi State.
Engr. Farouk prayed for Almighty Allah to forgive the deceased her shortcomings, grant her Aljanah Firdaus, and comfort the family during this difficult period.
“My heart goes out to Prince Igagwu Sani Ogu and the entire Ogu family. May Almighty Allah give you the strength to bear this painful loss.
