Prof. Imumolen Campaign Council Launches Scholarship For 20 million Nigerian Students

Over 20 million Nigerian students will benefit 100 per cent scholarship to study via a digital learning system powered by International Universities and facilitated by Christopher Imumolen Campaign Council (PCICC).

The National Office of Prof. Christopher Imumolen Campaign Council (PCICC) launched Scholarships for all students of Nigerian Universities and Polytechnics to complete their studies without further delay.

A statement by the National Campaign Coordinator of PCICC, Dr MD Eseyin, noted that millions of students were delayed academically by the strike action due to the lingering disagreement between Association of Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) and the Federal Government.

”Student who are given the scholarship opportunity should not worry about losing any semester as they shall start from where they stopped.

”All means of verification shall be deployed to ensure proper credit transfer. At the end of the programme, the students shall obtain Internationally Accredited and Recognised Professional and Degree Qualification, which would give them access to the global market,” he said.

Eseyin, therefore urged Nigerian students not to allow the faceoff between Federal Government and ASUU to delay their destinies by halting their academics with no just cause.

Dr Eseyin recalled that when Prof Imumole was in the university, he found it difficult to buy a textbook or even a shirt due to financial hardships.

”There was a time he asked someone to borrow him textbook and collect his ID card as collateral for identification, but the person said he did not need his ID Card to borrow him textbook.

”Imumolen was so poor that he was on one shirt all through an academic session that it became an identity.

”But there and then, Imumolen promised God to provide scholarships for others if he was blessed.

”To the glory of God, today he has provided over 500,000 various scholarships to Nigerians for Professional and Academic Programme and he is ready to do more by fulfilling his promise to God,” Eseyin said.
