The Chairman, Kogi West APC, Presidential Campaign Council, Hon Saidu Akawu Salihu has sent a message to heartily congratulate the winner of the (2023) Presidential Election, the candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
In a statement issued to Newsmen in Lokoja, Kogi State, Hon Akawu said: “I congratulate His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his victory at the just concluded Presidential Election.
” Your Excellency, your victory at the just concluded polls without mincing words has reaffirmed the fact that you have over the years left indelible imprint on the hearts of the people reason why they made you choice over darkness for our great country”.
” Your victory which is not a surprise to some of us who have followed your leadership and patriotism for this country, has proven and reaffirmed that you’re the best person for the job. I cannot be commend you dogged determination and fight over the years for nurturing and the protection of democracy in Nigeria, which has today paid off with your victory as our next President”.
The Kogi West PCC Chairman added that the well deserved victory of Asiwaju Tinubu was earned, a product of resilience, doggedness and consistency as exemplified over the past decades.
” This victory without over stating the obvious Your Excellency is a well deserved victory, that has reinforced the unity and togetherness of Nigeria”.
The PCC Kogi West Chairman congratulated the APC Presidential Campaign Council, the All Progressive Congress Party, described the emergence of Tinubu as one that would open up a new frontiers of envisaged development for Nigerians.
The PCC Chairman, former Commissioner and former Kogi State Assembly Member, congratulated all the followers of Asiwaju Tinubu across the country, said the victory was for the collective good of Nigeria, expressed optimism and believe in the capacity of Tinubu to offer assured prosperity for Nigeria, reason that culminated into the overwhelming victory.
The PCC Chairman used the opportunity to call on all Nigerians, irrespective of political parties and other divide now that the Presidential election have come and gone to join hands with the President elect in building the Nigeria of our dreams.
Hon. Akawu particularly thanked members of the APC in Kogi West Senatorial District for their abiding faith in Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu and the APC that led to delivering a hundred percent votes in the Presidential Election for Asiwaju Tinubu, says it is a new dawn for Nigeria and Kogi West in particular with the emergence of the President elect.
