As politicians from plateau state has started indicating their interests in the most exulted position in the states and also selling their agenda to the good people of plateau state, Surv,Dr Fitka Steve Bilshakka have also indicated his interest for the plum job come 2023.
Speaking to the press recently, at a Seminar organized by the Association of private practising surveyors of Nigeria (APPSN)fct branch at the Alexis hotel jabi Abuja,an association he belongs,Dr Fitka has promised that, he would be irrevocably committed towards ensuing the security of lives and property of the good people of plateau state. He further lamented that it is agonizing and disheartening that plateau state that was known for Peace has become the epicentre for crises,killings and wanton destruction of property a situation that was never imagined, envisioned and contemplated by the founding fathers of the state.

He said if given the mandate to serve,he would definitely change the narratives as utmost priority will be given to the security of lives and property of the people of the plateau and peace returned at all cost.
According to him ,if elected a high powered reconciliatory committee will be established and all aggrieved communities,religious and ethnic groups will be involved in the reconciliation process.in his word, ” with determine efforts and commitment by my government if eventually elected peace will definitely return to the plateau.’
Dr Fitka called on the good people of plateau state to support his aspiration as he would definitely change the narratives and return peace back on the plateau.
