PDP Kogi Chairman Hails E-Registration Turnout, Says Party Poised for 2027 Victory

The Kogi State Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Hon. Muhammed Sanni Gambo, has described the turnout for the ongoing PDP e-registration as commendable, expressing confidence that the growing membership base will translate into electoral success in 2027.

Speaking to newsmen on Thursday, Hon. Gambo said the impressive response from residents, particularly in Kogi Central, reflects the people’s desire to reclaim the state in the next general election.

He urged members in Kogi West and East to intensify mobilization efforts, stressing that a strong membership base would be crucial to securing victory at the polls.

“We have already recorded an overflow in Kogi Central. With our members alone, Sen. Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan will win by a landslide,” he said.

The Chairman noted that the PDP has rebounded as a united and inclusive platform offering Nigerians a path back to prosperity. “Our party has bounced back, and I am encouraged by the level of acceptance across the state. From all indications, PDP is the party for Kogi people, and we will run an inclusive administration when we return to power,” he added.

Hon. Gambo emphasized that the party is now more united than ever, operating as one indivisible family ahead of the 2027 elections.
