Nigeria/Russia Parliamentary Group and Lokoja/Kogi House of Representatives Member, Hon. Shaba Ibrahim, has congratulated Senator Iyorchia Ayu-led National Working Committee (NWC) on their recent election at the PDP 2021 national convention.
Speaking in Abuja on Sunday at the end of the convention, the lawmaker said; “I am very excited with the outcome of this convention. The way and manner we were able to achieve consensus in the build up to this convention is a chain of events that goes far to show that in PDP we are one big family.
“I trust that the Senator Iyorchia Ayu-led NWC will do a great job as we all together work to rescue our dear country Nigeria in 2023 from APC’s misrule.
“Judging from the peaceful conduct of the convention and how all interests across, are yet able to immediately accept the outcome of the convention; it is clear beyond any reasonable doubt that PDP is set already for the 2023 polls.”
