Pastor Roseline Omowumi Alabi, the Executive Director of Dual Care and HIV Prevention Initiative has sent a message of appreciation to Gov. Yahaya Bello for his support to Mrs Grace Tinuke Ganiyu, described the Governor as gender friendly Governor.
Pastor Alabi made the disclosure in a letter of appreciation to Gov. Yahaya Bello and copied Thenigerianpost, appreciated Gov. Bello for coming to the aide of Mrs Grace Tinuke Ganiyu with the support of N500,000.
Mrs Grace is suffering from Ovarian cancer and was charged the sum of N250,000 but was unable to raise the money. Through the intervention of Pastor Alabi, through online donations, she could only raise N120,000 before the intervention of Gov. Yahaya Bello.
Mrs. Alabi who also is the North Central Coordinator of Civil Society Eradication of Cancer in Nigeria and the North Central Coordinator of the Civil Society on the Health Right of Women and Girls in Nigeria, said for four months she could only raise N120, 000 for the treatment of Mrs Grace Tinuke Ganiyu, described Gov. Bello as God sent, said God would continue to bless him abundantly.
Pastor Alabi thanked Gov. Bello for the support of N500, 000 said with the support the lady has been admitted at the Federal Medical Centre, said she’s presently receiving necessary attention.
While appreciating one of the team member mandated to oversee the health condition of
Mrs Grace Tinuke Ganiyu, Pastor Alabi equally thanked aka SENATOR for staying with all through in the hospital, expressed relief that Gov. Bello has helped save a soul.
Pastor Alabi said with the development, she now feels highly relieved, adding that Gov. Bello has further proven to be a gender sensitive governor who’s love for the health of women knows no bound.
The Executive Director prayed God to grant Mrs Grace Tinuke Ganiyu divine healing as well as speedy recovery, said her appreciation to Gov. Bello for making it happen would remain indelible in her minds and the NGOs she represent.
