The two term outgoing Chairman of The Graphic Chapel, Emmanuel Jasa Gwatana has assured of his continued support to the progress of the Chapel
Mr. Gwatana made this known during the briefing of the members of the Chapel on the upcoming election of the chapel slated to hold this week thursday at the newsroom of The Graphic newspaper, Lokoja.
The outgoing Chairman thanked the members of the chapel for the overwhelming support he received during his two term in office.
Mr Gwatana described The Graphic newspaper as his home saying he has learnt a lot in his over two decades working experience in the newspaper house.
The outgoing Chairman thanked the leadership of the Kogi State Council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists led by its Chairman, Alhaji Adeiza MomohJimoh saying he enjoyed tremendous support of the council throughout his tenure of office.
He also applauded the Executive Editor of The Graphic newspaper, Mr James Oyewole for standing by him in times of difficulties stressing that the Executive Editor is a father to the Union.
On his next plan in union activities, Mr Gwatana said he can not state exactly his next step for now stressing that with time he will be guided by God on his next step in union activities and life.
