Otunba Adeniyi Olayemi (So’Mi Edumare), has sent a message of Congratulations to Rt. Hon. Aliu Umar Yusuf aka Assignment on his emergence as the new Speaker, Kogi State.
Otunba Adeniyi in a statement issued to Newsmen in Lokoja described the new Speaker as well grounded to lead the 8th Kogi State House of Assembly.
The former Kogi West Senatorial District candidate in the just concluded general elections, said he has implicit confidence in the New Speaker’s ability to pilot the affairs of the House,
congratulated Rt. Hon. Aliu Umar Yusuf aka Assignment on his emergence as the new Speaker of the 8th Assembly of the Kogi State House of Assembly.
The Businessman, cum politician urged the people of Lokoja LGA to rally round the new Speaker by giving him the moral and needed support to enable him deliver on his task.
According to Otunba Adeniyi, ” the people of Lokoja 11 have elected an intelligent and workaholics individual who will make them proud at the State level. Please let us all join hands in supporting him and I’m absolutely confidence that he will not betray the confident reposed in him by his constituents and colleagues”.
Otunba Adeniyi rejoiced the new Speaker on his emergence prayed that God will grant him the needed wisdom, knowledge, understanding and good health to pilot the affairs of his new office, stressing that the state looks unto the 8th assembly to legislate on issues that will promote the good governance of the state.
