The High court of Justice Kogi State, has determined the suit challenging the eligibility of Jonah Okai Idris as the Onuh Abocho.
Chief Yahaya Musa (Claimant/Applicant) and Jonah Okai Idris 1′ defendant/respondant, Dekina local government Traditional Council, Igala area traditional Council, Attah Igala(HRH. Mathew Alaji Opaluwa), Ministry for local government and chieftaincy affairs and Governor of Kogi State as 2,3,4,5,6 defendants/respondents in the suit.
Enrolled order.
Haven listened to the submission of the learned counsel to the Claimant/Applicant E.A Haruna Esqr, and A.S, Agoli Esqr for the 3rd,4th,5th and 6th respondents respectively and have equally read digested the contents of the affidavit in support of the application, it is my considered opinion that the application has merit, it is therefore granted.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AS FOLLOWS.
1. An Order of interlocutory injunction is granted retraining the 4th defendant from beading 1′ defendant as Onuh Abocho pending the determination of the substantive case,
